- Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Cafe, Cold Spring Harbor, NY (2009). 40-seat cafe adjacent to labs.
- MRKT Steakhouse, Aliante Casino, Station Casinos, Las Vegas NV (Aug 2008). 140 seat restaurant & bar including 30 seat private dining room & 30 seat exterior patio/ garden.
- Waldorf School of Garden City, Garden City, NY (Sept 2008). 2002sf library addition/ renovation of existing Library & faculty offices with addition of reading pavilions & offices extending into courtyard/ garden. Other work included renovations to school's main entrance & high school main corridor.
- Craft (Tom Colicchio), Atlanta, GA at The Mansion At Peachtree (Nov 2008). The challenge was to insert modern characteristics of 80-seat Craftbar & 136-seat Craft restaurant into 2-level traditional building by Robert A.M. Stern.
- Cielo (Gordon Ramsay), Boca Raton Resort & Club, Boca Raton, FL (Apr 2007). 186-seat restaurant & bar including chef's table & private dining room located at the top of the resort's 27-story tower. The space offers 360 degrees views of the ocean, inter-coastal waterway.
- Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation, Old Westbury, NY (Sept 2005). Re-grading of 15.5-acre site including 258 parking spaces, olive grove and new structures such as 27,600sf synagogue, educational wing and clergy residence. Program included new 418-seat sanctuary, library, interior courtyard, banquet/ multi-use space, kitchen facilities and offices. Additional work consisted of renovation of existing classrooms, chapel, restrooms and offices.
- Marsh & McLennan Companies, New York, NY (2004). 35,000sf corporate Food Servery on the entire 2nd floor of the building. Design intent was to bring upscale dining to corporate atmosphere and offer various seating experiences and views to exterior green plaza at grade.
- Craftbar (Tom Colicchio), New York, NY (2003). A new 40 seat bar annex to Craft restaurant
- Bluesmoke, USHG, New York, NY (Mar 2002). 136-seat BBQ restaurant & bar built into pre-existing restaurant. Significant features such as walls and their existing finishes were saved where possible. As a consequence we installed new mechanical & industrial fixtures without concealing, which was necessary to continue the rough level of finishes throughout.
- St. Joseph's College, Seton Hall, Patchogue, NY (2002). Interior renovation of lobby area of auditorium including circular reception desk, built-in seating and new lighting.
- Craft (Tom Colicchio), New York, NY (2001). A new 100-seat restaurant located in the Gramercy Park section of Manhattan. The owner's mission statement of simplicity in cooking and integrity of ingredients was translated into an architectural concept in which simple forms articulated with elemental materials were used to define the space.
- East Woods School, Oyster Bay, NY (2001). Located on 46-acres of fields and woods. Project scope consisted of Master Plan of site including documentation of existing buildings/ structures and positioning of future buildings.
- Walde Residence, Washington, MO (2001). 3500sf River House sited next to a tributary of the Missouri River on a cornfield. The design used early Missouri-French river houses from the 1790's as models. The layout created outdoor rooms including the entry courtyard, pool area and service court.

- W Hotel, Boston, Massachusetts (present). Design of lobby space including bar w/ various seating experiences. Additional work included design of various suites with hotel tower.
- Toku Modern Asian, Manhasset, NY (2007). A new 205-seat restaurant for the Poll Hospitality Group located at the high-end Americana Manhasset open-air shopping center of Long Island's North Shore. The project includes a new Restaurant Entry Facade, 165-seat Main Dining Rm., Sushi Bar, and Bar Area and new 40-seat Private Dining Rm. expanded the restaurant.
- Craft (Tom Colicchio), Dallas, Texas (2006). A new 175-seat restaurant on the ground floor of the new W-Hotel Dallas.
- Craftsteak (Tom Colicchio), New York, NY (2006). The adaptive reuse of an eighty year-old, former bakery warehouse in the Meat Packing District with views toward the Hudson River into a new 225-seat steakhouse restaurant.
- Redrock Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, NV (2006). Design of penthouse suites top of tower.
- Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York, NY (2005). Design of restaurant The Modern located within museum on ground floor and Cafe located on 2nd floor.
- Uniondale Public Library, Uniondale, NY (2005). A modernization of the existing library and a new 15,000 square foot, 2-floor addition that doubled the size of the facility. The new addition included a 180-seat public auditorium.
- Craftsteak (Tom Colicchio), Las Vegas, Nevada (2002). A new 275-seat steakhouse restaurant at the MGM Grand Hotel. The project included two 30-seat private dining rooms and a new entry facade along the Hotel's "Studiowalk".
